Most percentage of Christians work a secular job instead of being a full time minister. Sometimes, the training provided in the local church isn’t enough to equip the average serving Christian and keep them going. Over the years, I’ve seen good meaning Christians serve God then drop out, be on fire for God then become cold. Many ask “How do I stay motivated to serve God?” and “How do I fulfill the dream that God has placed in my heart?”

There isn’t one single formula. There isn’t the one big break.

Having worked in both secular & ministry fields, I love to bring my leadership & management experiences from different industries like telecommunication, fashion, engineering, printing, retail and loss prevention into God’s Kingdom. In this blog, I’ll share my thoughts and experiences that I believe will benefit your serving at your local church and I pray all readers will bloom where they are planted and keep their fire strong!

Feel free to comment or add any word of encouragement, I’d love to hear from you!
